National Fire Academy Strategy and Tactics for Initial Company Operations (STICO)
This two-day course is designed to meet the needs of Company Officers (CO's) responsible for managing the operations of one or more companies during structural firefighting operations. This course is designed to develop the management skills needed by CO's to accomplish assigned tactics at structure fires.
Student Qualifications (Primary and Secondary Audience):
This course is designed for senior firefighters who may at times assume the responsibilities of the Company Officer (National Fire Protection Association 1001, Standard for Fire Fighter Professional Qualifications, Level II).
Course Scope (Goal):
The goal of this course is to develop the management skills needed by Company Officers (CO's) to accomplish assigned tactics at structure fires.

Time: 0800 - 1700 each day (16 Hours Total)

Tuition: There is NO COST for this class.
